Students:  

When you return to school, we will once again begin to view the PBS program called, Colonial House.  If you have your worksheet for this film, please bring it to class so that we can review what we should know about the folks in this experiment.  Blank copies are available for download off of this web site.  

 

 

Parents:

 

Interim Report card envelopes are still due back to homeroom teachers.  I have about half of them signed and returned.  Previously, I had also asked parents to sign and return the Native American Unit Test.  I have 90% of those returned.  If you have not seen either of these items, it is time to ask your child for them.  

 

The Explorers Unit Test was taken on Wednesday, Dec 22, 2004.  You will be seeing that also come home for a signature in January.  

 

I run an "Academic Intervention Service" after school on every other Thursday.  For some students it is mandatory, but for others who are not at risk, it is optional.  We review our current studies, learn test taking strategies, and look ahead in our studies to see what is coming at us in our future studies.  Your child is always welcome to attend informally.  Students must sign up in advance so that I am adequately prepared.
