Parents:

A Reminder that all Take-home Midterm Exams are due on Monday, Feb 26th to Homeroom Teachers.  Credit will be taken off for late papers.

Parents:

Today begins the 9th Unit of the year.  This will be the first unit where the new grading system will be in effect.  All C-level work must be checked off in class.  Students are verbally accountable for the C-level work, and must be able to discuss the learning that took place in an assignment.  Students are encouraged strongly to begin their work on day one of the unit and to get work checked off as soon as it is complete, particularly if they desire B-level and A-level work to be counted.  It is a student's responsibility to follow up on the assessment of their work, and they may have to come in after-school if they procrastinate, as I divide my class time as evenly as possible among students in an effort to be fair. 

If you are concerned how your child is currently doing, please check their unit sheet for my signature or "hanko stamp."  All B-level and A-level work will be submitted for evaluation as always.  

Students:

The new Unit ends Friday, March 9th with a Unit Test.  Be aware that there is a pre-test online with this unit.
